The dole office

I took somebody to the dole office to sign on today, I haven't been there for many years ..

I could not belive the amount of people sat outside who were drinking beer .. it was 10:20am ..

Why are these people getting dole money for ? it's obvious that they are not looking for work and the dole money they get is just paying for the beer .. abso terrible ..

I think if somebody signs on for years and years and doesn't attempt to do any work then they should be forced to do community service ..
