Warhammer - Age of Reckoning
I got Warhammer Age Of Reckoning yesterday and had problems installing it to start off with - but this turned out to be due to my DVD Drive ..
Then I eventually got it installed and then had problems running it .. It patched ok then when I loaded the game it would crash with a message saying
Authentication Failed -- application will now terminate.
I wondered if it was my account which had a problem but it wasn't. The error was due to the fact I am running Vista with direct x 10 - You need direct x 9.xxx which was released in August 08.

Get that installed and you will be able to run Warhammer ok :)
